It is hereby further acknowledged and agreed between the BREEDER and the BUYER the following obligations and conditions:

I. That the buyer will pay the balance of the full price of_____________________ pesos; upon release or pick up date of the puppy being reserved as date of release indicated above. Earnest money deposit is deductible from the total price. Upon full payment of the puppy on the release date; FULL ownership of the puppy being reserved is transferred and conferred from the breeder to the buyer.

II. In case of death of the puppy being reserved; before the release date; full earnest money deposit refund will be given to the buyer by the breeder OR option of the buyer to choose from other available puppies. Earnest money deposit is deductible from the total price.

III. On the release date indicated in the preceding article, IF defects or deformities are found, buyer can opt to be refunded of the earnest money deposit or choose another puppy free from defects. Defects and/or deformities in the purpose of this agreement; hereby defined as one or any of the following:
a.) Male puppy is monorchid b.) The puppy is long hair c.) The puppy’s coat color does not conform to the showline breed standards of German Shepherd Dog d.) Physical deformities or defects such as DEAF and BLIND full or partial, defect in body or body part structure. E.) umbilical hernia   

IV. At any case or reason the buyer back out or cancel the reservation for what ever reason except from the defects and deformities stated in the preceding articles, NO reservation fee refund or the earnest money deposit is NOT REFUNDABLE. On the release date of the puppy and the buyer failed to communicate or showed disinterest to pick up the reserved puppy; the breeder has the first right of option in faith; that the buyer is canceling the reservation. The first among the payor of reservation fee; becomes the first pick and so on forward.
